Mrs. Williams
With a distinguished career in education and a passion for student success, Mrs. Williams brings
a wealth of experience and leadership to our school community.

Williams has been with the PGSD since 2005 as an assistant teacher of Jackson Elementary
School. The next year she began as a teacher at Pascagoula High School and later to Gautier
Middle School. In 2020, she was selected as Assistant Principal for Gautier Middle School and
later moved to Assistant Principal at College Park Elementary, Arlington Elementary, Jackson
Elementary, and Trent Lott Academy.

Mrs. Williams holds degrees in the field of Education from the University of Alabama
Birmingham and William Carey University. She has a proven track record of excellence in
educational leadership, graduating from the Mississippi Quality School Leadership Training
Institute. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering a positive
learning environment and empowering students to reach their full potential.

As Principal, Mrs. Williams will lead Jackson Elementary School in its mission to provide a
supportive and inclusive educational experience for all students. Mrs. Williams’ visionary
leadership and dedication to academic excellence will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of
our school.

Williams is married to Fred Williams and they have five children, Brandon, Cameron, Carolyn,
Mikayla, and Cailye.
