My name is Michelle McMillan and I am extremely excited about the upcoming 2022-2023 school year! This is my second year as librarian at Jackson Elementary. I was an assistant teacher for five years before becoming a fourth grade teacher, a position I served in for the next five years. I moved to Trent Lott to teach 5th graders for the following two years before I switched to being a librarian. It is great to be back at Jackson Elementary!! Throughout the school year, your child will visit the library once a week during their activity period. There is an additional time for students to check in and out library books other than the activity period, which is 7:00 - 7:45.
