2018 AUDITION FORM – Talent Show
FORM DUE - date Wednesday, May 16th
AUDITIONS in gym: Thursday, May 17th , 3 – 4 pm
PERFORMANCE in gym: Thursday, May 24th 8 am (60% day)
REQUIREMENTS
o All songs must be CLEAN – no swears
o Can perform many times with different people
o Sing/ Dance to part of the song
o Outfit must be school appropriate
o We cannot look up songs or lyrics on audition day. (Email YouTube link, bring cd, share
google docs, or bring flash drive to audition. Miss Cumbest can help BEFORE deadline.)
o No audition = no perform
